Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time via your account. 
Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. If you experience issues with this, please email us or call 01342 885 369.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel the order. Please see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
